Heavy buildings require a different approach to underpinning which may involve more sophisticated plant and technical capabilities.

M.G. Construction Ltd. have experience in structural repairs and underpinning to castles, historic monuments, tenements, columns and other similarly large load intensive structures.

Each project will require a tailor made design solution which may employ mini piling, bored piles, drilling or deep hand dug excavations. Advance enabling works such as shoring or strapping may be required which would also be undertaken by ourselves.
